Worship Abroad

Worship Abroad is an intentional effort to expand our understanding and expression of what it means to worship God. The bible teaches us that worshipping God can never be confined to merely singing songs. On the contrary, central to any theology of worship is what we do with our bodies. Worship Abroad is an opportunity for us to flesh out what we know to be true, needed and necessary. Because most of us have heard enough sermons to know what to do sometimes we just need opportunities to actually go and do it. Therefore, once every four to eight weeks we will take on a clearly defined work project in our city.

Individuals who are involved in the project will attend the early worship service in their work clothes and be sent out as a part of our service. Open to men, women and children this unique opportunity promises to give participants the pleasure of uniting faith with action.
